FROM US 11/15 AND NORTH…
Travel SOUTH on US 11/15 to US 22/322 EAST (Harrisburg Exit). Follow 22/322 EAST to Interstate 81 NORTH. Follow Interstate 81 NORTH to PROGRESS AVENUE exit. Exit here. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far.

FROM US 11 or US 15 AND SOUTH…
Travel NORTH to US 11/15 NORTH. Follow US 11/15 North to I-81. Follow Interstate 81 NORTH to PROGRESS AVENUE exit. Exit here. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far.

FROM I-81 AND SOUTH/WEST…
Follow Interstate 81 NORTH to PROGRESS AVENUE exit. Exit here. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far.

FROM TURNPIKE AND WEST…
Follow PA TURNPIKE to CARLISLE EXIT (#16). Exit here. Follow signs to Interstate 81 NORTH (Harrisburg). Travel I-81 and follow directions as above.

FROM TURNPIKE AND EAST…
Follow PA TURNPIKE to HARRISBURG EAST EXIT (#19). Follow Interstate 283 North/West from exit to Interstate 83 North (2nd exit beyond toll plaza… stay left approaching exit and take CENTER ramp for I-83). Follow I-83 NORTH to I-81 SOUTH (Left Exit at Merge). Move to right on I-81 and exit at PROGRESS AVENUE. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far.

FROM I-81 AND NORTH…
Proceed south on Interstate 81 to PROGRESS AVENUE. Exit here. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far.

FROM I-78 and EAST…
Travel I-78 WEST to I-81 SOUTH and follow directions, above.

FROM DOWNTOWN HARRISBURG…
Take Interstate 81 to PROGRESS AVENUE. Exit here. At light, turn RIGHT onto PROGRESS AVENUE, staying in the RIGHT hand lane. Turn RIGHT at the second light onto ELMERTON AVENUE, follow approximately 1.4 miles, PEMA HQ is on the right, if you reach Crooked Hill you have gone too far. (Do not take Elmerton Avenue from Cameron Street as there is no left hand turn into the PEMA visitor parking lot.)
