Andrew Warner develops and implements sustainable and resilient water and water infrastructure strategies, working with the private and public sectors, non-governmental organizations, and academia. His experience encompasses innovations in technical and field-based projects, associated methods and tools, and policy and programmatic initiatives. He has built and managed geographically-distributed, multi-disciplinary teams for project design and delivery, working across North America and in Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
For more than two decades, Warner has demonstrated success in navigating complex and contentious situations, leading the development of science-based solutions, engaging diverse stakeholders, and creating lasting partnerships. He is an experienced practitioner in water, stormwater, and floodplain management; environmental protection and restoration; ecosystem service assessment; integrated water resource management; strategic planning; project sustainability; climate adaptation, resilience, and risk reduction; facilitation and stakeholder engagement; and NGO management. Warner is a Credentialed ENV Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and President of the Board for ClearWater Conservancy, a regional conservation organization.
